- Our spa and wellness area is a place of relaxation and mindfulness.
- Our wellness area is a textile free zone and is only accessible to adults (aged 18 and over).
- Please ensure that your cell phone is set to silent mode so as not to disturb other guests.
- We ask for 12 hours' notice for cancellations, otherwise the full price will be charged. We will be happy to arrange a new appointment with you to avoid disappointment.
- If you arrive late, please note that your treatment time will be shortened and you will still be charged the full price for the treatment.
- To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book your spa treatment in advance.
- Our spa products are available for purchase so that you can continue your Vitznauerhof spa experience at home.
- Treatments for children under 16 are available on request.
