Florian Neubauer cooked at the Sens summer residence

For another year, the Swiss top chef graced the Sens summer residence with us at Lake Lucerne.

Florian Neubauer, known from the Backstage Hotel in Zermatt, once again enchanted our guests with an exquisite fish menu. The native German has made a name for himself in fine dining: His kitchen at After Seven is awarded a Michelin star and 17 GaultMillau points. He also showcases his skills at the Diner’s Club with 15 GaultMillau points at the highest level.

This year, Florian Neubauer created a menu in our restaurant Sens throughout August and September 2025, perfectly tailored to the picturesque lakeside location.

In addition to his role as Executive Chef and DJ at the Backstage Hotel, Florian Neubauer runs his own company "Sweet and Sour by Flo Neubauer". This allows him to cook in some of the most fascinating places around the world and explore new culinary horizons. He has now brought his expertise and innovative style to us here in Vitznau.
