Welcome to Restaurant Sens, where the most exciting culinary talents take centre stage in an unforgettable summer pop-up experience. From May to the end of September, Sens transforms into a gastronomic playground for award-winning chefs, each bringing their unique vision, creativity, and flavours to the shores of Lake Lucerne.

Every few weeks, a new star chef creates an exclusive menu, making each visit a unique culinary adventure. Look forward to bold flavours, artistic presentations, and an intimate atmosphere that allows you to enjoy haute cuisine in a relaxed lakeside setting.

Host of the Star Chefs: Executive Chef Ruud

From 15 May to 31 August 2025, the Sens restaurant at Lake Lucerne once again transformed into a stage for culinary excellence. Our Executive Chef Ruud Oostdijk, known for his outstanding work at the hotel restaurant "Inspiration" and his impressive panoramic terrace, took on the role of host for the culinary talents of the month once more. With his expertise and tireless dedication, Ruud provided guests with unforgettable moments of enjoyment and expressed the essence of fine dining in every creation.
