The Sens Summer Residence is back for another season: Starting May 22, 2026, the Sens restaurant will once again serve as a stage for a rotating lineup of guest chefs. Executive Chef Ruud Oostdijk will kick things off with Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. From June 22 to July 12, Antonio Colaianni will take over with his “Cucina Colaianni,” followed by Christian Vogel (“The Nest”) starting July 13.
